I went in yesterday to register as a new patient. The Receptionists were friendly and helpful. As I was leaving I was told 'Welcome to the Surgery'. How lovely to have such friendly and inviting staff.

A good, friendly surgery. Very helpful and amazing abilities to book appointments!

Myself and family joined this surgery approximately 1year ago since our old one was closing due to lack of GPs. I can honestly say that every time I have seen my doctor- Dr Adams I cannot fault her. She seems to have read my notes before I enter the room is friendly, professional and overall I’d say a very good GP with excellent knowledge. I never feel rushed like I did at my old doctors.My husband has had sepsis recently and the care from the GPs at this surgery has been thorough and again I/we cannot fault it. The nurses are also very good here with a professional and friendly manor. This surgery is far bigger than my hold one and seems to have a lot of services it can offer. I am only comparing from my old surgery (of which I’d been at for years) but this practice is far better. Yes it is difficult to get an appointment for the same week but if you need one urgently we have always managed to get one. There arent many surgery’s in the UK where you can get an appointment whenever you want- Like most of the NHS it is under resourced and I believe they are doing a very good job in the circumstances.

Grovelands Medical Centre

I phoned up to make an appointment at 9am. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and was able to arrange an appointment at 11.30am the same day. I arrived logged myself in on the screen in the entrance sat down and within 5 minutes my name was called out. The doctor was very pleasant and reassuring. Could not have asked for anything more.

My grateful thanks to Nurse Aideen for her care, attention and discretion when my husband and I visited today, 15th May 2017. Also thanks to the Receptionist who I talked with and to Dr. Escamilla for his time and patience and for explaining symptoms, causes and medications so clearly. Great service. Thank you all.
